Well here at AJW Construction (Wales) Ltd we can help, we are a ONE STOP Construction company with over 15 years’ experience in all fields, time served tradesman ready to provide a proactive service to landlords for all their maintenance needs and we want to provide a stress-free service at the best possible rates.
Standard call out charges are £50 plus VAT per hour.
£75 plus VAT per hour for after hours and weekends / bank holidays.
What We Offer
We are looking to offer a complete overall Re-active maintenance contract for a one-off monthly cost. (Prices negotiable based on property size and minimum contract applies, T&Cs apply.)
We will take the calls from tenants 24HRS a day, cover all aspects of the properties maintenance needs with the first 30 minute CALL OUT Period absolutely FOC (Labour Only) including the following:
All Building and maintenance issues.
All Plumbing repairs and including a once yearly preventative maintenance Gas Safety Inspection and service to boiler.
All Electrical repairs, including once yearly preventative maintenance checks to consumer unit and smoke detectors, light fittings, and receptacles with safety certificate supplied.
All emergency roof repairs.
Mold cleaning and preventative maintenance advice given to tenants once accessed and investigated.
Preferential REDUCED hourly labour rates for contract holders.

Free NO OBLIGATION Quotation for the bigger more needy jobs.

So, in more simpler terms, this is an overall one stop shop maintenance contract, designed to give you the best possible, advice, service and preventative maintenance checks for your rented home.
NO MORE looking for the right plumber, electrician, roofer, builder, everything will be carried out, tenants’ calls, and worries taken by time served tradesman, and then assisted by a proactive digital call out system carried out by multiple trade specific tradesman for the best possible service. All carried out for one monthly cost, with nothing to pay for the first 30 minutes (labour) of the call out, just the cost of materials will be invoiced if these are needed.
